SCM is an arts management company based in Guangzhou that conducts art exhibitions, concerts, book publishing events, and more. They have invited me to provide a refresh of their visual identity to achieve a more contemporary look that appeals to both commercial partners and the general public. In their logo, I incorporated abstract shapes that represent branches of their services, and used variations of those shapes to create a geometric pattern. Together with the use of sans serifs and pops of color over black and white, the brand aesthetic feels minimalist and refined but also playful and approachable.

Pop Pop Store is a sub-brand of SCM – a pop-up art store initiative. It invites local and overseas artists to create and exhibit their work at various commercial and cultural venues, thus supporting individual artists while making art more accessible for the public. I developed its visual identity around primary colors and circular shapes that are inspired by halftones used in pop art. Overall, it's more fun and vibrant compared to the main brand but maintains the same minimal and geometric look.
